Our dedicated coach works closely with our teams to foster professional development, prioritize child health and safety, and promote early education excellence.
At the heart of Early Achievers is a commitment to strengthening families and building meaningful relationships. We connect families with valuable community resources, offer parent education sessions, host conferences, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Our goal is to empower families by encouraging active participation and addressing their unique needs through tailored resources.

Levels 3-5 represent a demonstrated commitment to excellence, as validated by rigorous onsite evaluations and outstanding care practices. Our participation in this program reflects our dedication to providing the highest standard of early childhood education and care. How Does Early Achievers work?
Early Achievers uses an easy-to-understand rating system to track growth in quality improvement of participating early care providers. At Levels I and 2, early learning professionals are “participating
in quality improvement” through training and activities. Facilities that are rated Levels 3—5 have achieved a “quality level of excellence” through an on-site
evaluation.
Through our Early Head Start program, we are committed to fostering the mental, social, and emotional development of children from birth to age 5. This initiative is designed to promote school readiness for young children from low-income families by offering comprehensive support through local programs.
Who is Eligible For Early Head Start?
Families enrolled in the College For Kids program who receive child care subsidies for their infants and toddlers.
What does Early Head Start Offer?
We are proud to provide enrolled families with essential resources and products to support their journey. This includes access to wipes, diapers, diaper cream, formula, and enriching educational opportunities tailored to each child’s needs. Our goal is to empower parents by alleviating some of the daily challenges they face, allowing them to focus on their child’s growth and development.
Beyond educational services, our program offers a holistic approach to family well-being, including health, nutrition, and social services. Early Head Start is dedicated to honoring each family’s unique ethnic, cultural, and linguistic heritage, ensuring that our services are inclusive and responsive to their needs. We strongly believe in the vital role of parents as their child’s first and most important teachers. By building strong, supportive relationships with families, we aim to strengthen parent-child bonds, enhance family well-being, and foster connections within the community.
